Guess who started stims at work today! For the record, 3 vials of menopur burns like a bi-otch!

Our Journey (cliffnotes version)

Stopped BCPs 1/2011
*1 year of TI complete with OPKs=BFN.

Consulted OBGYN 2/2012
*1 cycle of TI with clomid. CD3, 21 labwork checked-all normal. SA ran on DH revealed low count and referred to RE.
*Pelvic U/S normal, HSG showed clear tubes but slightly arcuate uterus http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arcuate_uterus
*cycle was BFN

4/2012-Consulted Dr. Scoccia at UIC. Labeled as Unexplained Infertility. Recommended IUI with clomid and consulted with Dr. Neiderberger for urology.
*Repeat SA completed and hormone levels drawn on DH- ALL normal, no MFI

5/14 IUI #1-50 mg clomid-post wash total motile count 19.3 prometrium 2dpiui= BFN

6/11-IUI #2-100 mg clomid & prometrium post wash count total motile 17.5 = BFN

7/6 IUI#3 with 100 mg clomid, estridiol, prometrium. post wash total motile count 23.3 = BFN

End of July 2012-Consulted with new RE, Dr Levrant.
*Decision made to proceed to IVF

8/30IVF#1 Antagonist Protocol with BCPs, Follistim, Menopur,Ganerelix,Novarel. Stimmed for 11 days.
*ER 9/11-8R, 7M, 5F.
*ET 9/14-3dt. 2 embies transferred. 1 10cell Grade 4, 1 8cell Grade 4. No frosties. BFN, bled through endometrin due to cervical irritation.

WTF appt-cycle went well, possibly "bad luck," cycle again with same protocol, altered medication doses & add baby aspirin. Chose to cycle again in December 2012.

IVF#2 BCPs, Follistim, Menopur, Ganerelix, Novarel, Baby Aspirin. Stimmed for 10 days
*ER 12/5-16R, 12M, 8F!
*ET 12/10 5dt! 1 fully expanded blast & 1 early blast. No frosties. Switched to Crinone due to cervical irritation, no bleed through. BFN

WTF appt #2- Again, cycle looked good, possibly early DOR (WTF I'm 28!?) Asked for additional testing before proceeding with IVF #3. PCOS testing, insulin resistance, some immune testing, genetic panel, and saline sonogram ordered. Changing to Long Lupron Protocol and adding prednisone & baby aspirin for IVF#3

2/13- Saline sono revealed a polyp. All additional labwork coming back normal. Genetic screen revealed DH has MTHFR deficiency & I am a carrier for it. https://www.counsyl.com/diseases/mthfr-deficiency/

3/13 hysteroscopy & polypectomy

3/27 Reproductive immunologist Appt-3 hour workup revealed cystic changes on ovaries, restricted blood flow to my L ovary & uterus, with no flow to zone 3 (area responsible for implantation). 22 vials of blood drawn. Plan will depend on labwork.
